Software dev here (individual contributor) at a tech company. Ive been given the opportunity to transition into a management role where I would be leading/managing developers like myself. My new title will be Lead Software Engineer. Should I take it? Or go for "Senior Software Engineer" instead?
I'm already leaning towards one decision but I'm bored so im asking 4chan for a second opinion
