What OP is observing is ENTIRELY expected behavior. With HDR enabled, sRGB content is supposed to look like sRGB content, regardless how wide the color gamut the monitor has natively. That's kind of the whole point of HDR.
Either OP is a faggot retard and thinks radioactive oversaturated colors are good, with complete disregard to color accuracy, or his monitor isn't actually wide gamut and tone mapping desaturates sRGB too much.
