My pc will crash as soon as I do anything at all thats CPU intensive. so far the only way I have been able to get it to run without buescreen is to disable the P cores and run only on E cores. anyone know wtf is going on with it?

Specs are i7 14700f, 32GB DDR5 and RTX 4080 motherboard is Asus ROG STRIX Z790-I with latest bios update
