I do not wish to live here any longer. I wish to leave. I heard that Slovenia is a good option for a country without Russophobia. I do not want to go to Hungary because it is ugly and poor.
I want to go to some pro-Russian country which is rich. So would Slovenia be the best fit for a Russian programmer who does not wish to be oppressed by Russophobes?

My skills are the following: Java Spring (and Swing desktop apps but that was a long time ago), NodeJS Express backend and some medium-level frontend knowledge.

BS aside, Slovenia used to be top tier, literally Italian beaches/villages combined with Swiss alps, however you're about 5 years late in realizing this, and now it's not really cheaper than those places.
