Any drug at all will feel good initially, but with time will move your baseline down, making you feel normal with the drug, and bad without it.
This is true for ANY drug, however mild.
Only occasional use (social drinking, tripping on LSD once in a blue moon or whatever) makes sense. Any regular use of drugs is just retarded. You are just shifting your baseline down.

I drank coffee every single morning for all my life, then one day I decided to stop for a while because I thought it was giving me stomach problems, and other than a headache the first day I literally noticed zero difference
At most it takes a few minutes more for my brain to fully wake up
