It handles seatd + turnstile as an alternative to elogind pretty well, its a little more involved making the switch on fartix. I personally use artix because xbps sucks sorry not sorry pacman 4 lyfe

I know you're using the word tranny as a meme here, but Arch dev and maintainer team actually has zero trannies on it, which is surprising because the distro itself is a tranny favourite. Meanwhile Void is a literal tranny distro that excludes software from its repos if its developer said something that might've hurt tranny feelings even slightly.

The xbps repos/mirrors have some incredible download speeds and the package manager itself is pretty intuitive, especially if you're used to Arch and it's very fast. It's a close to bleeding edge distro, but I never had it break over my years of using it. The repos generally had everything I wanted except for hyprland.
I switched to nixos a few years ago however, and I doubt I'll ever go back.
