True, maybe when I spin the lottery I'll get a Mac for After Effects only. Unfortunately for Blender/Substance Painter workflows I'll stick mainly with Windows for how much faster Nvidia GPUs are.

Seeing brief research, seems speeds have been showing diminishing returns. Capacity is still what you should spend the extra on no matter what workflow/programs you use.
