Bad luck, but you still can try to undervolt the lower clocking cores.

How do you check if it's stable? I have -20 on my 5700x3d and so far everything works fine without problems

if you arent getting memory errors and nothings crashing you should be fine. you cant really 1 test fits all for cpu stability

5000 series X3Ds are really conservative with their PBO settings. Any halfway decent mobo should run most CPUs at -30 all curve, -25 is basically guaranteed. Just blast it on CoreCycler for an hour or two and if you don't hit any errors you're golden

usually its just one stinker core, use core cycler with prime95 in sse mode small ffts, and find which one is poop,

t. have a 5600, all of the cores will do at least -20, except core 5 which only does -14

-25 is a lot i dunno about all cpus/mobos being able to run -25 stable. it might not error straight away or under synthetics but still be unstable theres so many different scenarios of frequencies and voltages and workloads its not like a gpu where its fairly straightforward

ans just to add i set up core cycler to run on each for for 1 hour, and to stop when it crashes so that way you'll be able to tell which core is bad.
