if its anything like rdna 4 or cdna , it will be.
heres hoping they ditch most of the rdna side so that we cna finally be rid of the endless hardware bug work arounds.

They've been promising a gpu stack for too long, AMD has demonstrated it can't deliver it.
Just buy whatever works with your desired stack, I got a 4090 back in 2023 after selling my 7900xtx due to it being uncompatible and having bad performance, nowadays they're usable, but you'd rather spend money on their PRO and Instinct lineup, Nvidia or even consider getting Arc instead.
