redpill me on the AI that comes with windows 11. is it that bad or is it just normal new windows bad talk? is it always on? is there a way to disable it that is simple or does it require a bunch of stupid bullshit requiring a degree in computer science?

Idk if it's because I live in europe or something else, but the only AI I have available is copilot and it's a window that I have to specifically open on Edge that prompts their server. I have the OS fully updated up to 23H2. 24H2 hasn't been made available yet for reasons unknown to me.
