Browser history can be cleared in seconds. As for the hard drive just delete the partition and create a new one which takes seconds also.
BUT you can also remove the drive letter to hide it and add it back on later (files still on there).

Technically i can delete 95% of degen porn in under 10 minutes. The rest are burried in the folders that span 10 years or so and have so many images and webpages saved that there is 0% chance she would find them.
