Cool guy home Depot.
Yeah they are kinda cool.
That's a big Micro Center.
>>106040224half of the floorspace is still probably their warehouse.
>>106039880 (OP)never been to one it is so far away, salty
>Go to Micro Center
>I haven't been in a while
>More products are locked up now, as if anyone can pocket a graphics card
>Whatever, I start shopping
>"Can I help you find anything?"
>...So it begins
>"No, I'm fine"
>"Just let me know if you need anything, OK?"
>"OK"
>"My name's John, by the way"
>"OK"
>He notices my items and invites himself to stick his commission stickers on them
>I go to the next aisle
>"Can I help you find anything?"
>"No, I'm fine"
>"Just let me know if you need anything, OK?"
>"OK"
>"My name's Jack, by the way"
>"OK"
>He notices my items and invites himself to stick his commission stickers on them
>I go to the checkout and peel the commission stickers off while waiting in line
>"Did you find everything you needed?"
>"Yes"
>"Enter your phone number on the tablet here"
>"I don't have an account"
>"Do you want to sign up for one?"
>"No"
>"It'll take a minute"
>"I'm busy"
>"Are you sure?"
>"Yes"
>"OK"
>Micro Center won't sell you anything without an account
>The wagie finds some rando's account to use for the sale
>Pay
>The wagie slides my items to my side of the checkout
>"Company policy, no more plastic bags!"
>Leave and breathe a sigh of relief
>They didn't check my receipt at the exit like Fry's used to do...for now
>>106039880 (OP)When I first heard of Newegg I thought it had a connection to picrel
>>106039880 (OP)I miss Fry's.
For some reason, the Vegas location's building is still vacant five years later, despite being a large retail building inside a popular shopping center, fairly close to the strip, with very desirable placement next to the freeway. Whoever owns the property is just sitting on it letting it rot with no intention to sell.
>>106040648The one here became a car dealership
>>106040436>Checking your receipt at the frontWhat the fuck? Who does that?
>>106040458Haha, memories. I bought SimTower from Egghead when I was a kid. It was on CD! Played it on a IIsi with a plextor 4x scsi drive.
I like how the santa clara store just has apartments on top of the building.
>>106040648Wait dude is this this old GA location????
