seems about right, it depends of what cpu cooler youre using, but mine stays at 32° on idle, hardly go beyond that for any activity too.

i use an ak400, the thermal paste i use come with it; so i think youre good with any cheap air cooler. to be fair my cooler seems overkill to me, but might be what youre looking for.
