I genuinely think in about 30-40 years or so we will be able to get ai videogeneration + ai voice generation to stay consistent enough and store memory to the point where consumers can start their own fantasy RPG fantasy world and roleplay the same way you would with a LLM except it brings everything to life with video and audio.

I want to see a lucid dream internet where people communicate through some kind headgear device. It would record your brain waves and interpret it as language to the other sleeping person. We can already "force" people to lucid dream by making them aware that they're dreaming through audio cues, so the possibilities with something like this are endless. I hope to see it one day :>
