I have been literally getting that same shit lately and my friend said the same. I can only point out that its to do with my sitting posture i tend to lean to the left on my chair often and its fucked my spine. Im sure i had this happen before and it went away, do small stretches often and keep your back straight, theres people out there with real fvcked backs and no way to undo it. You'll thank yourself in the years ahead.

Back pain is just weak muscles. I completely fixed my back pain by breaking mine spine and doing the excercises the doctor told me to do while recovering. If I didn't break it I'd probably be chugging painkillers like goycattle.

>just weak muscles.
Weak is kind of the wrong work. You aren't necessarily weak so much as one of your muscles is picking up the slack for one of the other ones throwing you off balance. If you have antagonistic muscles and one is pulling too hard it fucks up your posture.
>If I didn't break it I'd probably be chugging painkillers like goycattle.
Same. The guy who fucked up my back by suplexing me during sparring and crippling me for a month probably gave me an extra 20 good years.

I used to be "somewhat" active, but after being a NEET in moms basement for 5 years, my shape went out the window.

One day I had to help daddy move some stones, and that fucked up my back.
I used to sit in one of those gaming chairs, but replaced it with >>106128809, and believe it or not, it did help a ton.

no but you can help mitigate it.
bird dog (look it up), side planks, normal planks, pelvic tilts (laying on the ground), glute bridges, body weight squats.
Invest in a good chair (herman miller embody? aeron? whatever floats your boat) and a standing desk.
no i don't get commission.

I moved to latex bedding. Put a 3" dunlop latex topper on my Japanese futon and waiting for a talalay latex pillow. I used to use a memory foam lumbar pillow which was decent, but now I'm moving to latex, which is good but jello-like. We'll see out it goes. I have upper back pain and not so much lower back pain, so it's a bit more challenging plus persistent insomnia where I don't sleep for days. Laying down on lacrosse balls helps a lot, you should look into it.

Push ups are similar to planking so they greatly help strengthen all sorts of muscles in the arms, chest, back, and abs. I've been doing push ups for years to prevent back injury and it works fantastically. If you can't do push ups, do planks. I started doing them after I pulled a muscle shoveling snow. It was a very painful experience and I never want that to happen again.
