when i got bluetooth headphones i thought i was cucking myself but turns out that this thing has a regular headphone jack and also supports audio over usb so you can use and charge it over the same wire without bluetooth.

Maybe new tech isn't all that bad?

im not shilling anything. I wont even mention the make or model ITT.
Im genuinely surprised that something like this is still being made nowadays. The only issue i can see is the battery dying but still better what i imagined.

They are on sale right now for 212 euros but i think i got them for a little over 300. MSRP seems to be 400 euros.

>battery goes to shit in two years
>either doesn't work wired anymore or it does but the battery is still getting charged so it swells and explodes in your head
the presence of a usb-c audio connection doesn't fix the 99 problems Bluetooth slop has plus using them wired defeats the whole fucking point of it
>inb4 there are Bluetooth headphones with regular analog audio jacks that work even without a battery you know!!
sure, but then you lose the DSP and it sounds like shit because they take advantage of that to cheap out on the drivers while charging you more, so also not an option
Sony xm3/4 already sounds like shit with the dsp active, with an analog 3.5 it's straight up aids
so yeah kys jew

...why are you asking that as if a dac will make the headphones expensive
first of all, literally any Bluetooth headphone has a dac, how the fuck would it work without one? Bluetooth isn't analog retard
and second... a good quality dac costs literally a few cents to implement so???

Im not trying to convince anyone to switch to switch to bluetooth headphones. I still have my regular old analogue IEMs i use when i need low latency.
I mainly have these because of the noise cancelling and them sounding nice is just a bonus. You wouldn't believe me how much of a difference it is to me with ANC now. Also replacing the battery on these seems simple enough. Remove one ear pad and a couple of screws and there is the battery.

To add to this when they are plugged in via usb and you switch to the mode that uses the microphone the audio quality goes to shit just like with regular bluetooth. Sorta disappointing but expected desu. Hoped that i could use the built in microphone and ANC with minimal latency and at full quality when wired but that is not the case.

lemme guess, it's an absolutely non standard battery that will be impossible to find a replacement for when it comes time to replace it

You can get it from scamazon for 20 bucks or 10 at every other store. I think it would be smart to keep a couple on hand while they are still produced however. Its this cheap because its capacity but the headphones still somehow squeeze days of use out of it.
