Post and discuss all about tablets.
I'm enjoying my Galaxy Tab A8 for what it is, though the low 4GB RAM makes it poor for multitasking, I might upgrade in the future. I've tried to connect it to my TV with an HDMI adapter, but got nothing, it's got a USB C 2.0 port so I think there's no HDMI output, anyone know of a workaround? If there isn't any I might get a used Galaxy Tab S9 soon.
you could also get a used roku or chromecast and wirelessly transfer the display, unless you wanna do gaming
An anon mentioned the Pinetab V in the previous(?) thread. Anyone has it that can shed some light on its performance? I get risc-v shit isn't even comparable to modern arm chips but is it at least serviceable?
Im trying to use a tablet for reading manga but its pretty hard to find good positions for it.
Like the tablet is simply unergonomic. Having to constantly hold it while reading for hours seems goofy
>>106130128get a case which lets you hold the tablet in one hand
I have this one for S9+ and even though it probably wasn't designed with that use case in mind, you can grab the kickstand with one hand and hold the device close to your face
I have a chinknovo tablet
The software is buggy as shit but it has a 12" 3K display and I only paid $200 for it

you could put that near a bed and read while laying down, or next to a chair and change pages by clicking on the stylus button
Is there anyway to turn an android tablet + stylus into a PC interface?
>>106131294depends on what exactly do you mean by that, but with https://github.com/ClassicOldSong/Apollo you can essentially turn your android into a wireless touch screen for your PC
I didn't try it with a stylus though, so no idea whether it can pass through the touch pressure data.
>>106131532Cool, I'll try that. I'm looking for something that will support stylus pressure functionality.

I'm waiting for a deal on the tab a9 plus, everyday I'm inbetween just getting it and telling myself I didn't need it a week ago so I don't need it now
