Who can see my hostname (computer name)? For example when I connect to a website does it see my ip or my hostname as well? How about with IRC chat?

etc

Your PC is almost certainly behind NAT meaning that your private IP address and hostname is not visible to the outside world

I typed about half of an answer giving you a well thought out response.
Then I got bored when I realized you should just ask ChatGPT, it can answer quicker than I can type and you can ask follow up questions.

Cheers.

Literally anything you send network traffic to will trivially know your public IP address

It does not state my computer name, just my ip and my provider. So basically computer name isn't shown to third parties?
