I need a programming job and most companys do zoom interviews etc...
How can i create an AI of myself, i train it on all of my shit and i train it on my fucking face but instead of being dumb as me, i want to make a smarter version of myself which i can use to trick these fucking interviewers to get a foot in the door

how would i go about that?
It needs to be an agent that can fully controll my laptop, so it can write code if needed during interview and instead of showing me in live, it should show a rendered version of myself
also using my audio

and it should answer using my words but use them smarter;)

The same goes for maybe 85% of the fucking jobs out there right now, and there has been tech that can do about 30% of the jobs for at least the last 25 years.
yet these jobs have continued and will continue to exist.

That's ultimate a worthless question to ask. But the answer anyway is because the job market and all industries is ANYTHING BUT a perfectly efficient system.
