These are the ones sharty recommends:

Mysterium Dark ($0.02/GB)
PacketStream ($1/GB)
InfiniteProxies ($3/GB)
IPRoyal ($7/GB)
TuxlerVPN (botnet, apparently some people got in trouble for other people's traffic on their IP)

Which one is the best?

you do realize this basically mean it works as it should since the ones hosting the vpns are taking the heat instead of the users?

The way Tuxler works is you share your IP address with other users. So if someone does something illegal using your IP, the cops will come knocking on your door for it. There's at least one post on 4chan and reddit writing about this experience.

This is the free version though. The paid version you can use other people's IPs without anyone using yours. At least that's the claim. But I'd still be a bit wary.

This model is the reason it works on 4chan, because it's legit user IPs.
