a year or 2 ago i used to be a p2p trader doing crypto <--> cash for a small fee, it was a solid side hustle that got me some income

i then decided to delete accounts related to this business cuz i didnt do it anymore, some of the sites where trading was done has died out (localmonero/agoradesk)

the websited i usdd to do these trades were bybit, paypal, payoneer and for some people, patreon, and all of ehich required kyc id verification (ofc because they were for financial transactions)

the thing is even though all these accounts are officially "closed" and i followed by emails demanding deletion of all my data per gdpr requests
i cant shake the feeling that these sites will save my info and my id info for years to come, and that this will bite me in the ass one day, esp since trading crypto (and dollars in geeneral) is a legal grey are where the law is vague as fuck

is this the maximum extent of what i can do? is all i csn do now is hope that the multi million dollar corpos will have a slight change of heart and actually delete my data? or have i basically doomed myself to becoming unemployable due to employers doing background checks on me and deeming me "unfit" becaude of suspicious activity they detected?

what do anons?
