I wouldn't be surprised if there was a service out there with a streaming movie + chat. Like twitch or in some discord somewhere. I am sure places like that don't last long though, especially when some anti-social faggot finds out about it.

I would assume it would be nothing but people asking why others are throttling their upload speed or whining. It's a neat idea, but a lot of people torrenting are older and probably don't want to talk with strangers beeping them over common torrent interests.

Considering other P2P networks have/had a built-in chat, it's odd no torrent client added such a feature, even if it is not standard and would work only with peers using the same client.
