What are the best videohosting site alternatives? Kick seems to only be about streaming and I'd be suprised if Dailymail works. Newgrounds lets you upload videos but it's primarilly themed around art, animation, and games.

What I want is something that functions like old '08 Youtube with lax moderation rules and liberal expression to retreat to once Youtube does the ID verification thing. If anyone can attest to the ToSs and the moderation of these sites please speak up.
