So I just used Patch Model Patcher Order, MagCache, TorchCompileModelWanVideo, TeaCache & Skip Layer Guidance WanVideo with both high & low noise models for Wan 2.2, and I can safely say the quality loss is very minimal while still retaining speed gains.

You will most likely need to use clean vram/unload model nodes after the high noise though or it will OOM.

So, on a typical consumer Nvidia GPU from last few years, I would want to do training on bf16 (more accuracy during training) with mixed fp32 precision but save the final checkpoint at fp16 (better precision for storing data + broader compatibility)

It's not that hard really. I moved from Auto/Forge to Comfy recently and I can't say it was too time-consuming. Took some time to get used to noodles sure, but overall the core principle of genning shit is the same. As other anon said on your pic most of the nodes are optional and turned off by default (purple). The other stuff you see should be pretty self-explanatory if you have any experience genning pics locally. And if you actually need a super simple t2i workflow, just watch some YT guide to familiarize yourself with the basics and you'll be able to make one yourself within an hour. It's literally just a few basic default nodes that you'll need to noodle together.

Qwen is China's best comeback from the Mogao disaster. The model may be slopped, but we finally have something that is kino at art/anime out of the box. Though it does not seem 4o tier yet since its architecture is not autoregressive, it definitely is better than HiDream, and seems to be better than Mogao. Unfortunately its requirements are quite steep, but a quant should fix that. If it's really good then QLoRAs/DoRAs might actually become a thing for imagegen, but given the images I'm seeing unfortunately it'll probably need a realism tune, as well as an NSFW tune. Not what you'd want out of a model that can barely be finetuned in the first place. Unless that or Wan gets a really good tune, Chroma will still be the most relevant realism/NSFW model for years to come.
