Show me your terminal customizations/rice. ASCII art, tty-clock, arttime, lolcat, figlet, etc.

I have a portable device that uses a TTY only setup and I want to spruce it up a bit, but I can't really think of anything beyond a MOTD piped through lolcat or something. Any ideas?
