If you photoshopped out the "google pixel 10" and the G on the phone, I would've assumed this was a new iphone promax ++. All phones look the same, all phones have the exact same form factor with a camera bump. Everyone has ever same stupid feature only turbo nerds care about.

Why can't they just make it thicker for a bigger battery? Why don't they contour in the camera bump, like make it gently slope up from the bottom and quickly slope to the top?

In all fairness, if there are enough retards out there selling their used phone, spend a couple hundred extra on a brand new phone, then why would manufacturers stop making slightly improved phones year over year?

That could be said for many consumer goods that are slightly refreshed every year. Cars, guns, most consumer electronics, subscription services, new gimmicks at taco bell. They're all just mechanisms to make a profit.

I still have my Pixel 5a, I might be interested in a Pixel 10 knowing its not any better than a Pixel 9 but if I keep my phone for 3-5 years at a time before I break it or the battery is useless, I imagine there are many people like me on that refresh cycle and not everyone buys at the same time so its not like manufacturers can just wait every 2-5 years to make a phone. They want people buying [product] today to influence others to buy [product] tomorrow.

You know what phone manufacturers should do?
They should set up in malls and let people customize their preferred measurements to vote on what the next phones should be.

I want rigged corners like iPhones, I want it slimmer, and I want it thicker. All so I can grip my phone better in 1 hand. This awkward middle between what flipnphones were and tablet size is obnoxious to hold. I always need to buy covers that help with grip.

I want a girthy yet slim phone, that's what I want.

>let people customize their preferred measurements
Because that'd be stupid. Consumers particularly with tech don't actually know what they want. You'd have a finalist list of 5 different phones which is why most companies make about 5 different phones at any 1 time. last gen budget, last gen flagshit, current gen good/better/best with slightly different specs/sizes.
>I want a girthy yet slim phone, that's what I want.
Case in point. You want something big but small. Lightweight but heavy. Inexpensive but premium. You are your own worst enemy with not getting what you want because you simply don't know to begin with.

No you illiterate dipshit. I want "slimmer" meaning 2.5" width, anything more is a mini tablet.
Thicker as in the depth, which is typically 0.0.35", that can be bumped up.

You wrote all that out because you can't read.

I misunderstood you, Rajesh. Slimmer and narrower are synonyms, but a narrower phone I wouldn't describe as slimmer.

What you describe doesn't exist because it'd be moronic to have. a 2.5" wide screen to do what on? have 1 text message only? Having a retarded keyboard? Inability to browse modern websites?

This is some hilarious Dunning Krueger.

The Samsung Galaxy fold is 2.49" in width when folded. When I held that phone folded in my hands it felt like all of the ergonomic issues of modern phones were fixed. That was the perfect depth and width, I didn't even want the fold out screen, I just want a phone shaped like that.

You like to disregard things with the confidence of a midwit. But I'm not upset
It's fun to show you how retarded you are.

And you're disregarding the entire phone buyers market with the confidence of an an indian online. Nobody but you wants a narrow phone. They used to make narrow phones, they don't anymore. Maybe you can use redditor intellectual terms to [incorrectly] explain that too.

Every time I happen to see a new smartphone the camera is even more ridiculous than the last time. At some point you may as well just create a digital camera with a SIM card and Xitter. Makes my pixel 3xl feel a little less silly at least.
