I'm running my e-waste server with 15 y/o Dell PSU, that thing pulls 12W just being hot jumped with paperclip and no load so I hope this chink one will lower power draw.

check the psu with some load, they are not efficient with no load and the efficiency rating is usually given at 20,50,100% load.

The problem is some systems literally don't pull enough to get out if the gutter in PSU efficiency.
Sub 2% loading on many PSUs is 60%.
For a 500w power supply that's 10W of draw.
Sub-10w of idle draw is achievable on many systems and puts your PSU in the gutter.

I personally dropped 10w from a system going from a rather old SFX system to a pico PSU, from 33w to 23w.
