I don't have this problem with Comodo Firewall installed. It always tells me that the .exe is trying to connect to an http IP and I just block it and terminate it.

happened when I opened teamviewer this morning
luna translator up until a couple weeks ago used to do it until i guess people started to complain, and the thing is he updates sometimes multiple times a day so this was opening up changelog page almost every time you closed and started up the program
manictime does it too

a lot of programs do, this is just what i experienced recently
