Does it load tabs in the background before you click on them like Firefox? No Chromium browser does as far as I've seen, it waits for you to click on the tab which for heavy cancer sites even on latest hardware causes 1-3 frames of waiting.

A freetard project run by an egotistical mentally ill wokeoid who is single-handedly responsible for people thinking MV3 makes adblocking hard because he added a bunch of artificial restrictions on top of it but did not admit to this in the FAQ for about 23 months, and 98% of his syntax and about 89% of his list coverage is directly lifted from adguard. The real reason he doesn't take donations is because he doesn't want to get sued not because he's a paragon of virtue.

I actually switched to Thorium recently after years of using Palemoon. idk if I trust the dev though because he seems to apply patches willy nilly, like "do not track" is enabled by default (lol)
All I ask is the old school angular tabs are brought back. I might even add it myself.

Never understood this "fastest" trope.
I have no hurry anywhere.
Speed is limited by internet connection and on mobile also by connectivity.
All I need is a secure, ad free, without any telemetry, browser.

The rendering speed adds up. You lost a few seconds... those turn into minutes, maybe even an entire hour or more at the end of the day. That becomes an entire day after two weeks. Two days in a month... see where this is going?

The whole "fast" gimmick is recompiling using instruction set extensions that are not widely tested by people who actually work on the source code. Chromium is tested and debugged on SSE3 and they will continue to do so until 32-bit is truly out of support (Windows 11 is 64-bit only, so once Windows 10's market share is low enough they can drop 32-bit entirely, Mac and Linux are already 64-bit only and anyone still using 32-bit on Linux is already using a niche distro that does unofficial compiles).

I'd rather have "furry" "porn" than bundled spyware and malware. And he wasn't hiding it, which is why the stuff was found. Thorium was for personal use, it exploded before the developer realized what was happening.

If anything, you'd have to be a shill from Google to promote using unaudited code.

>>106163557
Calling it furry porn makes it scandalous and disuades people from checking the image. If everyone knew it was just a catgirl wearing striped panties, only the prudest of prudes would be offended.

Why not? Again, it was a personal project. The dev removed his personal touches after it became popular, so it's not like he really wanted to push this on others.

Yeah you're running some piss poor damage control retard. The issue isn't the content of the image, I don't care if it's some neko bitch in panties or George Bush in a Borat swimsuit, the existence of the image is the problem. Also please don't project your own inability to read and comprehend simple sentences on others, thanks.

Hypocrite.
>the existence of the image is the problem
How so? 1. If the image was truly meant to be hidden, nobody would have found it. 2. The dev removed it when he found others were using the browser, he was never really forcing it on others.
