Not that anon, but you have to install Violent Monkey (VM), and install 4chanX/XT on VM , then install Oneechan on VM,
Because Onnechan need 4chanX and 4chanX needs the ViolentMonkey Extension

Then edit the settings there on both script, theirs an area where you can edit the background image for what you want.

Go to 4chanX settings
You will be automatically on Main Page, in Miscellaneous section at the end, you will see
>Scroll Markers
above Linkification Section, check it

But first you have to activate
>Highlight Posts Quoting You
>Highlight Own Posts
on Quote Links section at the bottom of main page

Then refresh page, tip: use Ctrl+F, to search for terms.

Also For QR, you will probably have to disable "Tether QR to Sidebar" on OneeChan Quick Reply Section, for me I have the sidebar disabled.

also I just figured this , if you got to your advance page on 4chanX setting and scrolled to "Custom CSS" section, you can add this CSS code to control the bar color, change the HEX color of what u want
