Microsoft does massive background checks on its US based employees every two years. But there is no such thing as a background check in India as they bribe for everything and everyone is corrupt. Most jeet employees get into the US through corporate transfers, thus they are never actually background checked. What is there to check? whether they paid the bribe? Have they ever raped? Rape is pretty much legal in India.
