The only devices kids should have is a watch that tracks their movements, lets them text their parents only, it can't take photos or videos, it's just for keeping up with authority.

There's fuck all reason for kids to have phones. Or even laptops. They get one at 16 and only after completing a mandatory phone safety and etiquette course where they learn what it's used for (don't take picture of strangers unless there's a crime) don't take nude photos.
