Clear PCB substrates have a lower melting point so you have to use shitty brittle bismuth solder. Also, as far as I know, they are only available in really low thicknesses, so they can't really be used for anything other than flexible PCBs. I'm also not sure how well they can be laminated.

Is that a Gameboy Color? I got a clear one in my dresser from when I was a kid. Sometime I pop in tetris.Clear is neat, it is claerly oreneted towards children. EX consoles, Macs, ect

most designs use copper pours because it's "free copper."
