The machine is for programming on the go without peripherals, which fits in your maid apron. It is a computer for maids not a computer for gamers. That being said, they should have kept the thumbsticks. Those actually make a pretty comfy mouse.

GPD literally stands for "GamePad Digital" and the first device they marketed ONLY had game controls, they added the keyboard later
I want my cake and eat it too faggot I want to be able to program on the go AND code in place, plus this thing has a tiny faggot keyboard, I want a keyboard with real keys for my giant fingers

Anonymous No.106172066 [Report] >>106172074
you should be able to do swipe typing on something you hold like that. you dont type on it like a normal keyboard but just your thumbs? hell no. and someone should write software for detecting programming structures with swipe typing. like coming from LSP. for example i swipe 'for' and if writing C it will type for(){} and put my cursor in the parentheses. well, if that was ever going to be a thing it already would be. what is developing on a phone like? has anyone even thought of solutions before?

Case in point. Bent a pin on mine on day one, was able to fix it and be unnecessarily careful with it. Sold it after 6months and bought a second hand rugged laptop for the same money.
>USB-RS232
never works with the niche and old equipment that I use RS232 with. I need all signals and exact timing, including RTS/CTS etc. Rope for even suggesting pls.

Maids like small computers because they need them to fit in their maid aprons and be usable for programming without peripherals or furniture or needing to sit or be stationary. A computer for a maid who has five minutes to code while the soup finishes cooking before she carries out a tray with the soup and some omurice and gives it to someone and does heart hands and draws a heart on it with ketchup.

You can't do that with a MacBook, newmaid.

>obscures the view of both heart hands and the maid's boobs
>makes it harder to do maid activities by being directly in your way
>adds even more weight to the front of someone with volleyball sized tits
This is anti-semaidic technology. The only real solution is a handheld that fits in your maid apron. That way you ate unobstructed when doing maid activities.
