I'm fed up with gay ass discord-reddit mods banning everything i say even if it's on fucking topic and polite. It's pointless to use these platforms. There's a bunch of supposedly "encrypted free speech" alternatives, but servers always seem to have even more gay rules than discord. Even Telegram has banned some political servers.

So what free speech network and communities are there? I am ready to invest some autism into setting them up, but it sure would be nice to plug and play and not see only furry femboy chatrooms up with some giga hitler autism to compensate. Do i have to go back to IRC to remember what free chatting is like?

Use Tor and hidden services. There a few imageboards and social "sites" out there that are decent. There are Tor-friendly IRC networks as well, look them up. Don't you dare complain about seeing "undesirable" content in these places, they exist for all kinds of people, not just for you.
