Every is used for the singular, independent of others.
All is used for grouping.
"Every university uses 365" and "All universities use 365" carry exactly the same information.
I purposely used every to indicate the uniformity across group members, rather than addressing all in a group.
Now buy a toilet.

>Browser based
Google suite is serviceable and better than 365 in my opinion
>Offline
Microsoft
If you use a combination of both then Microsoft is the better option as Google has nothing. Excel is also way better than Sheets.

To actually engage with the question, the Google Suite is infinitely better for work purposes. Browser based, so you don't have to install a bunch of shit. Runs smoother than the 90s bloatware. Google's servers do the processing and storage by default, so low resource consumption on your machine. Cloud nature makes collaboration and document sharing with retards and boomers heaps easier. Apps Script has way better libraries and utilities than VBA; it's actually laughable.

And this is coming from someone who cut their teeth on Office and learned how to program in VBA. Good thing about Office is that you can work offline securely. But that's much less useful in a company where you constantly need to be online and working with other people.

Hello. Someone should really fold you into a tight little knot of skin and fuck the living shit out of you. Exporting text into other formats is good enough. If the employer doesn't like it, then use 365 for work. For anything else, use LibreOffice. There are many ways to compromise.

Nowadays you can use QEMU and run Office 2024 on a IoT LTSC VM with 2 cores and 4GBs of RAM just fine if you disable a bunch of crap. You won't notice massive lag spikes that catch up to the single threaded nature of Excel and VBA (means, anything that would lag this is unsuitable to be done directly in Excel long term).
OnlyOffice's feature set is a native alternative, overkill for home users.

Microsoft's are ridicously better than Google's shit offerings. I don't know why anyone uses Google products, other than being born after 9/11. And the MS options get worse each year.

No, I just use my personal laptop for personal things. Company matters are handled on company devices. Literally been an issue for at least 15 years on this board and doesn't seem like that's ever going to change.
