Good afternoon, I would like to find people who know how to create Linux software on single-board computers like the Raspberry Pi, with whom I can create a kernel for the Khadas VIM4 single-board computer.

Unironically, you can get better help on Reddit. There is osdev subreddit and many linux subreddits. They're pretty active and there may be some people who can direct you.
It's hard to connect with people on 4chan because it's anonymous.

Wait what OS are supported on these boards? I can't imagine anyone releasing a board like this without at least providing a shitty linux kernel
