Is it true that every CPU has a backdoor regardless if its intel or AMD and that they can look and see everything on your PC, activate your microphone and cam and that there is nothing you can do about it as its not linked to the OS and the user never knows when someone is using backdoor or not on them? Is this true? I wouldn't be surprised if this was true as Snowden had already exposed the NSA and the GCHQ for using programs that had similar abilities as what I described back in 2013 when he came out with this info.

You have 10 seconds to find a Russian PC that does not have those sane backdoors in hardware

Why do semislaves from dictatorships always try to make their pudgy, midget dictators look tall, buff and handsome? Is it collective faggotry? It's legit the fucking gayest shit I've ever seen.

Why people are still asking about this like they don't know. Yes, every single device ever, has at least one ready only proprietary chip that has low level access to network hardware, memory, cpu, gpu etc. all usable when whole computer is off (assuming there is electricity still available or they can provide electricity wirelesly to the tiny chip). Coreboot, "Libre"boot, Canoeboot meme, HEADS, Skulls, Dasharo etc. are all useless now that NSA started contributing low-level code to the project. GNU Boot is only safe one.

Problem is that NSA has implemented also read only chips with proprietary firmware to all devices in the world. Free Software Foundation actually is ok with those chips because they are read only. So your X200, T400 whatever, with your GNU Boot (or the old safe Libreboot versions) still include proprietary firmware on your WiFi- and ethernet-cards, on your motherboard etc. Even your LibreCMC router has those read only proprietary chips going through your network traffic and FSF is 100% ok with this and has certified and approved those devices as "libre".

Amd psp and Intel me are enterprise features to control company equipment, they aren't active on consumer hardware or you can simply buy devices with it disabled.
Apple on the other hand has been the only company in the world that had an actual hardware backdoor exposed on all their last 4 gen silicon. Custom gpu register wich could read and write anywhere bypassing encryption and security.

I used to think this too, but I looked into it further rather than just hearing hearsay about what these low level programs MIGHT be doing and found that people have actually already decompiled the software on these chips, and found that though it is closed source and low level, it is benign. They really do just do what the companies say they do.
If you think about it, that makes sense, because otherwise by now people would have noticed strange traffic by packet sniffing on their router or some other external device. They couldn't really be doing much monitoring of you without ever broadcasting that data back to a server they run.

no. the people who are smart enough to create such systems do not create such systems. the people who are dumb enough to create such systems are unable to create such systems.
