Why the hell I can't watch youtube in a normal way anymore?

Sometimes I get these error messages(and sometimes I can even see like a kind of mask over the video) and I'm only able to watch videos via emebeed. After a while yotube back normal but is annoying as fuck so any idea what's going on?

does your isp partner with youtube? check to see if the videos you are watching are coming from your isp or direct from youtube (use mtr or something similar). use firefox.
