They're sometimes squares, triangles, spots or dots.
Refreshing clears them away i.e. pic.

It happens on various websites, and the same behavior is happening on another PC I have, so it's not this computer at issue.
Maybe it's a firefox hardware acceleration issue...?

Likely a GPU driver bug, for example my AMD driver all kinds of bad behavior (randomly glitching out on random windows and occasionally crashing the whole kernel) if I played a specific video game with it. As long as I didn't play that one specific game with it everyone worked perfectly, and I couldn't be bothered to figure out how to fix it (or submit a bug report to maintainers) so I just played it without the GPU.

If it is on a separate, unrelated laptop then my bet that it is a driver bug is way more likely. If you are using linux check your kernel logs and see if there are any errors, idk about Windows but I think there is some event log software on it for system errors you can check.

If you can't find any driver problems then it may be a firefox bug too (heaven knows they fired all the developers for it, I wouldn't be surprised if shit's broken).

If they are running the same drivers I don't see why not. If you're using an AMD GPU and it is a bug in amdgpu, why couldn't the same bug show up in another AMD computer?

nvidia had a chrome checkerboard visual glitching bug for a while but it seems fixed now
