It looks ok for the aesthetic you are going to, but there are some things you should improve:
– XP background with macos ui is triggering;
– The drop shadows you placed are too wide;
– There are plenty of more interesting shit you could add than "system info";
– Why does it say "play vs charli" if the game already started?;
–The woman should be bigger. Take a look on how old covers from EGM and other magazines of the early 2000s used the main picture. That way you can remove the duplicate on the top left.
And you should understand that early 2000s internet were an age where people had hope on the future the internet and computers would bring, and people were very experimental with what you could make with computer graphics softwares. Keep that in mind.
