Look up Blockswap. Put a Blockswap node after your checkpoint loader and experiment to see how many blocks to swap per what resolution x frame count. This will slow shit down, but you'll be able to gen higher resolution.

After that, look up TeaCache, which is a node that does a pretty good job of speeding things back up.

Finally, look up upscaling and interpolation. There are some workflows out there that do both. I find a gen of 512x512 @ 16fps can be upscaled 1.5x and had the fps doubled in about 3 or 4 minutes, with pretty good results. Trying to upscale from less doesn't satisfy me, though.
