The Original Sissy:
The Original Sissy was pretty much just a gay crossdresser. Definitely gay; the whole purpose was to be cute and soft and pretty for men to come fuck you. Sissies could like women too but were really doing it to hook up with dudes that wanted to fuck something feminine.
It wasnt originally about feminization and cages and being a beta although being fucked is definitely beta/sub behavior. It was more about feminization in the voluntary, crossdressing sense. They/we were already feminine, or at least had a feminine side, so no real feminization was needed. We were just gay/bi dudes that liked to crossdress, get fucked or fuck. I personally had always felt like I wanted to attract men since I was like 12-14. I never wanted to *be* a girl, I just wanted to emulate one. I like to dress like one and be treated like one, but switch it off when I need to be a boy or whatever.
Humiliation/Sub Sissy:
Then came the cages and the whole forced feminization subset of Sissy. This is more for the bi/hetero Sissy that has a humiliation fetish. They typically like women but sometimes dudes too. They are also typically the less passable ones but not always. They want dominant women and humiliation, but not so much men. They may not even be gay at all.
Femboys are not sissies. Theyre just feminine boys that dont crossdress, but may wear cages.
Trans are not Sissies either. They *want* to be girls, unlike Sissies that know theyre boys. HRT blurs the lines in modern times, but titties back in the day made you trans. I think HRT titties now just make a sissy a real, full time sissy though. (just personal opinion - I wear tit inserts in my bras)
Ladyboys are basically the same things as trans but sometimes more vers.
BIG differences in all of these, and these differences matter.
