Although some of these are unfortunate, the prevailing narrative is still "Step onto the train tracks without due caution that there might be a train coming, and you are throwing your life away to chance" or at the very least "Fuck around and find out"
This one however:

Perhaps a truly intelligent and level header person would have refused to get into the cop car on the tracks, but the average person couldn't be expected to think of that while being arrested. Cops are wholly responsible for this one in my opinion.
Only one in the thread where it's really not on the person who was on the tracks.
