Considering there's entire porn studios(and "brothels"[legally not brothels due to prostitution not being legal in Japan]) dedicated to fat women, I'd say it's only SLIGHTLY more taboo. Though the focus is more clearly on large breasts than the weight itself. If you're an ass guy (like me), you're going to have a harder time finding a girl than if you're looking for a pair of massive tiddies
