those are ISIS, the "Free Syrian Army" never came close to making these bizzarro world level movie like propaganda scenes, that was something unique to ISIS because they had a couple of Hadji from Britain who had worked in PR previously and knew the power of media.
Also, The Free Syrian Army tended to use actual tanks, not those toaster Frankenstein abominations. It's a lot easier to keep old soviet tanks around when you have the US air force protecting and providing air cover, ISIS was getting what few captured Iraqi tanks they did have immediately bombed.
