ComfyUI supports ZLUDA (support for AMD platforms by emulating CUDA) workflows in both Linux (stable) and windows (less stable, but tolerable). It's "slower" than nVidia on CUDA-native platforms, but this implementation is pretty easy to get working. StableMatrix has a pretty bulletproof sandboxed environment for installing, running, and maintaining ComfyUI-ZLUDA with minimal input from the user (mostly), although things get a little more dicey when you start messing with custom nodes. And about that, be warned that ComfyUI itself has a fairly sharp learning curve compared to WebUI, which most people gravitate toward. Still, ComfyUI is WAAAAAAAY more flexible and powerful at the end of the day, and you can create some truly wild shit with it. WebUI by comparison is pretty much "give me a picture of the thing that I want" and you roll the dice until you get what you want.
