Why integrate it? I run 2 workflows. The image generating one is hooked up to ip adapter for face stuff and maybe 1% of these gens go to the I2V Wan/upscale workflow after manual cropping. Don't overcomplicate it.

Here's another pro tip. If you want to do humans find a good Face Detailer workflow. Flux does great faces but poor porn, the opposite is true for pony. But with Face Detailer you can "fix" the face straight after you generate the image and for that you don't have to use the same checkpoint. You can have 2 checkpoints with their own loras hooked up to the same prompt.
