Staphylococcus, Corynebacterium, Propionibacterium, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus, and various Bacteroides reside all around the anus area. The butt is loaded with complex bacteria colonies and washing alone, soap and water, does not remove a significant amount because they reside within the skin layers. When you wash with soap and water you only, partially, remove whats on the very top layer of the skin. But bacteria, is very tiny, and is able to get down into the lower levels of the skin. The bacteria amount ranges from thousands to millions of colonies, per square centimeter, of SKIN. Moisture, warmth, and poop residue (wiping with toilet paper doesn't actually remove all the poop, it just removes big chunks that are noticeable) fuels these colonies.
It might seem fun (and honestly, it is fun to have a women shove her ass into your face) but ultimately all you are doing is spreading her colon bacteria and poop particles all over your face.
If you really want to do this, get her to wash her entire ass out with something like Hibiclens / Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% solution. But you cannot wash to much with this as it really dries out the skin and not entirely recommended on genitals. Do it for special occasions. And it won't do anything to fully remove all poop particles. She would have to scrub really hard to fully remove all traces of poop residue.
