Looks like the droplet of some fluid (probably water). The direction it is traveling is down. What force compels an object (in this case a water droplet) to travel downwards? Gravity. Something which is not supposed to be present on the ISS.

If there was no gravity, the water droplet would just float in mid-air. It would not travel in a specific direction and not as fast as it is moving in that video. That's a water droplet falling downward because of gravity.
